Here's the link http://www.citra-solv.com/where2buy.shtml
I know this because I to am trying their art technique and had to go through the same thing. But thrust me it's worth it!

-AmandaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496999021082416438.post-50341928602951764092010-01-14T08:57:19.044-06:002010-01-14T08:57:19.044-06:00I've come here from the Quiltart list where I ...I've come here from the Quiltart list where I lurk up to now :) This post is really interesting as I have diet issues too and cannot tolerate fibre at all so it is always difficult to eat a healthy diet. I have to admit to being very negligent about sourcing foods that are good for me and that I am allowed to eat and as a result eat far too much processed foods. I am not allowed salad, most fruits, wholemeal or whole wheat, or most vegetables and am becoming increasingly worried about health issues as I get older. Your blog has spurred me on to at least look at getting some supplements and anti-oxidents and hope I haven't left it too late.

I am glad you were successful in surviving pancreatitis, albeit that you have to watch what you eat and drink. It is an unforgiving disease, I lost my previous husband to it in 1996.

I shall go and have a look round your blog now I'm here :o)Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14223691871102821084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496999021082416438.post-29929346328878976662010-01-12T23:13:23.594-06:002010-01-12T23:13:23.594-06:00Great post Michele. The food we eat has a direct effect on our health.
LizLiz Kettlehttp://www.textileevolution.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496999021082416438.post-975189630851741152010-01-12T16:20:36.544-06:002010-01-12T16:20:36.544-06:00I read that too about the nightshade foods, but it...I read that too about the nightshade foods, but it seemed like too much to digest at the time, so I was going to work on upping the vitamins & healthy foods first and then tackle cutting those out--although I do LOVE peppers and tomatoes, some of the very few vegetables I enjoy eating! Oh well, as my sister always reminds me, "progress, not perfection."Michele/TextileTravelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13358754619610633763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496999021082416438.post-870467128791690642010-01-12T14:35:40.413-06:002010-01-12T14:35:40.413-06:00Great information and just what I've been gong...Great information and just what I've been gong through too! Mine is all allergies and I've been dealing with symptoms for YEARS that I thought were hormone-related. They are all allergy-related and now that I am eliminating the offending foods I am realizing how much inflamation was spread across my whole body. it included bakc and joint pain, stomach issues, rosasea, migraines, chronic sinus problems, bladder problems, digestive problems, fatigue, and on and on and on. I refuse to take a lot of meds because I usually have reactions to them. I can't even take NASID drugs. I think that's been a good thing because it's forced me to do the work to find root causes. I feel 20 years younger just in the past 45 days of eliminating wheat, onions/garlic and tomatoes.

Products like agave crack me up. What's so wrong with sugar? It's pure and natural too! The fact that we eat toomuch of it is our fault, not sugar's fault! Replacing some of it with another sugar substitute is not a license to eat more. people just want the easy solution.Vicki Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06929340703066037054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496999021082416438.post-24616534945524907762010-01-12T12:41:07.664-06:002010-01-12T12:41:07.664-06:00Lots of good information to think about...it's...Lots of good information to think about...it's so easy to grab what's convenient instead of what's healthy sometimes. Plagued by a lousy back and lots of stiffness, a friend of mine who is into sports medicine and such found that some people have an inflammatory response to foods in the nightshade family. That includes tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and peppers. All foods I love. I cut them all out and 98% of my problems went away within a week. When I cheat, I know about it the next day. This might pertain to you as well.Sherrylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11150666108526689819noreply@blogger.com
